Hi Everyone. I came accross this site and can tell you that anyone wanting to order a number plate online can go to http://www.platecreator.com/ and if you enter the word rum (lower case only) at the checkout stage in Google checkout you will then receive a 10% discount on your order. The plates can be custom designed and you can have a BMW logo added, it's quite good playing with the plates and seeing what they look like prior to ordering. They post worldwide and are posted sameday/nextday. Excellent company and the prices are great, even better with the 10% discount! :P

Cheers :) Ok for the snow mover I think, although I'm sure we'll have another downfall before too long!

Is the Deutsch font legal? Quite like the look of it, especially with a euro badge
Technically, the font is not (Euro symbol is), but it'd take a really arsey BiB to do you for it.

I actually like the standard font, but embossed (which is legal).
Me too. Was tempted with a set for my Z4 but wasn't sure how metal plates would cope being bent to fit the front bumper - it's quite a bend even with the plate surround.

I spoke to Mark the owner of Platecreator.com today and he is happy to supply the 10% discount ongoing throughout 2011 to all Z4 owners when paying via Google checkout on the website.

Taz X.....come on. It's not quite as simple as that. Wood for the tree's?

It's a number plate provided without having to produce documentation, with the proper BS AU 145d numbers, free fitting kit, free postage and a 10% discount. Above and beyond that £25.00 for a set of plates is cheap to start with so yes it is worth offering.......or is at least better than offering nothing. Especially as there are hardly any discounts available on the forum that are still relevant and in date.

A bah hum bug start to the year for Taz x.... cheer up matey, before you know it the sun will be shining, summer will be here and the extended daylight hours will allow plenty of happy motoring again without the need for a wash everyday, some of us can even put the roof down.
