10 Most Stressful Jobs of 2013

IMO it comes down to who you work for, who you work with and how you prioritise your life that defines the stress levels. When I'm working with a good client and good people, there's little to no stress. When one of those criteria is missing, it's how I approach and manage that defines the stress level.

More hassle than its worth.

In terms of software. 4 times less the cost, but 4 times less the quality (specification usually lost in translation), meaning 4 times the length of work to test then correct it with the work of UK people anyway!

It usually ends up over budget and costing more. Yet people still don't seem to realise

I feel that the journalist is clueless.
Do squaddies, executives, and generals have a high suicide rate?
or pilots?

IMO stress is induced when a job has responsibility without the power to effect change.

I know a few commercial pilots and either it's not *that* stressful or they hide it coz they want us to think their job is the coolest in the world... they all talk about it like it's the most chilled out best job in the world. (unless BA just happen to be particularly good?)

We need to justify our salary in some way or other.

Its a stressful job. :D

just passed my 23 year point in no1 and the only thing that causes stress is wondering if if we will have a job next week the way this government treat us

Nope......

They are all self serving inbreds who are only looking after number 1... Dont let them make you think otherwise..
