Ive got a wife,2children,1terrier & 3 vehicles to run  I'm on a much tighter budget than £200 for 1 wheel
Can they be drilled out ?

If you want to drop it off to me i should able to get it out.

The process is to drill a hole into the bolt and then Use an easy out right handed thread removal tool. To wind it out. Tricky to do with hand tools especially as they are Ti bolts. If that fails i have a spark eroding tool that might work.

The old spark eroder was used as torturous punishment when I was an apprentice for snapping taps

My track record with easy outs is shocking. There's nothing I can find easy about the darlings apart from snapping them! :headbang:
I have some 108's with one rounded stud so I would appreciate knowing if you get a result before I get the drill out.

Guys / Gals:
These babies, are Titanium..
Drilling them out, I would NOT be doing! You will potentially break drill bits!
Spark eroding is the positive choice and if MM can get it done, let him, is my view..
Best of luck..

The woolybear is right! Normal dril bits won't work carbide only preferably with through coolant. And not with a pistol drill!! Pilar / bench drill minimum it really needs to clamped down.

Don't know if it's the same for titanium but in years past when I've needed to extract studs, bolts etc, I've always used "Plus Gas" penetrating oil. As a pre-cursor to using an ezi out, keep soaking the offender over a 24 hour period and hopefully you'll be surprised how this reduces the extraction force.
Good luck believe me I know how frustrating a lodged bolt can be!
