05' BMW Z4 2.2i Sapphire Black/Biege roof 90,000m - *£4,750*

For sale is my 2005 BMW Z4 2.2i SE. Rare colour combo of sapphire black and beige mohair roof with black cloth interior. 400 miles per tank @ 35mpg easily. Often more on long journeys and I've only ever filled it with premium petrol.

I have owned the car since August 2014 and have had a great time driving it, covering about 8,000 miles. The lady who owned the car before me bought it as an Approved Used car from BMW Halliwell Jones. Full documents from previous owner in the BMW leather wallets. Passed every MOT with no issues. I had it MOTd early for piece of mind on 27th February and it passed with no advisories, so MOT expiry is 27th February 2016.

I always maintain my cars well, and I changed the oil, oil filter, air filter, pollen filter and spark plugs myself in early December. I also had the car professionally detailed shortly after I bought it as the paint was looking a bit dull, the engine bay is clean as you can see in the picture. The roof motor works fine with and without the engine on and isn't showing any signs of slowing down and drainage channels and lines are clear.

4 brand new Nankang Sport NS2 tyres fitted 3 weeks ago. Tyre pressure loss warning system works perfectly.

Comes with the leather/mesh wind deflector.

6 CD changer magazine in the centre storage console seems to be stuck in (with CDs in!) it makes the right noises when eject is pressed, but just doesn't pop out. A new magazine is cheap but I don't want to use brute force to get it out in case it doesn't help matters.

Aftermarket front and rear parking sensor system fitted with a little colour display screen above the driver's side air vent which engages when reverse is selected. Also appears to be a microphone installed by the rearview mirror so it's possible that handsfree pre-wiring is in place?

Bad points:
-Slight wear on each side of the mohair roof at fold points, shown in picture. Not sure if it's beyond repair but it doesn't affect the performance of the roof and it doesn't leak anywhere.
-The moulded driver's seat back occasionally comes away from the seat. It hooks back on but comes off again shortly after so I don't bother to keep fixing it back on; I just leave it in my garage as it can't been seen on the back of the seat. Although this is a common issue, it's out of sight so doesn't bother me.
-Some condensation in the off side headlight which doesn't seem to go away easily.

I've been perfectly honest about any small problems the car has because I expect the same when buying a car.

Mileage is 90,500 (will go up slightly as used most days). Only real reason for selling is I have another couple of cars and also use a company vehicle so don't use this one as much as I should do and space is getting a bit tight.
