I've got some deepish scratches on my front bumper and some superficial ones on the bodywork. Can anyone recommend a detailer/body shop who could fix these, polish the bodywork and apply a ceramic coat at a reasonable price, please?

Ever since I disconnected the battery to replace it, my centre consul won't open. I can jemmy it with a screwdriver but can't get the catch to open. Is there a relay on it that locks it? Anything I can do to fix it without changing the catch?
