MalcZ4 - good effort, great picture! Where was it taken? Looks like somewhere on the southside of A90 from Dundee to Perth?

On the road into Abernyte coming from Tullybaccart on the north side of A90.
Map.

i often wonder if the voting would be better if we could pick 3 i.e. a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

Would probably work better in my opinion as many people will probably like one or two pics and therefore the overall voting will be weighted slightly differently....

my thoughts too, i also think many people who get 0 votes would feel better cos they may pick up 2nd or 3rd place points

Exactly....it could be based on a simple point based system, as simple as 1st choice = 3 point, 2nd = 2 points and 3rd choice = 1 point...

We could have the Single Transferable Vote system - then we would end up with the Scottish Nats in power. :headbang:

with regard to reg plates can we leave them in for the final calendar print, looks much better than the swirls etc.

Post entries for comp with swirls etc of course.

Just a suggestion.

Was looking last night and thinking the same thing srhutch. I can do two things. Either leave them (which I'd be fine with personally as these are going to be limited to forum members only calendars and therefore massively reduced in risk), or if a featured owner requests it, can Photosgop out neatly.

On another note, good to see some great enties so far. My only dilemma is do I enter a photo myself?!?

Tommo Two - can you select one entry only please. Makes voting easier and is standard with the regular rules. Landscape and to the spec requested. Thanks.

It says you have to have taken the picture but does the car have to be owned by you this time? If it does this will outlaw any pics of Z4 race cars (as I found out not long ago!).

Good point Breaker. Photo must be taken by you and preferably feature your car in it somewhere (group shots fall into this category also). Wouldnt be much fun having an owners calendar that featured non owned cars but def worth emphasising.

X2...

Inspired after coming 2nd last month I've posted something a bit more obvious this month and I have to say that every time I look at it I can't help but admire the lines of my pretty little car.
