I used to have Meguiars Lambswool Wash Mitt but after 6 months has been destroyed without a lot of usage. I was very impressed with it because it was not making swirl marks on my Z4 but now I want something better. I read great reviews for Sonus Sheepskin Wash Mitt and Mothers. Also I found Wash ShMitt White/Yellow but some people say that leaves swirl marks on the paint and some do not .
Which one do you use ? What do you reccomend me ?

Microfiber wash pads (or mitts will work just as well). I have a set of mitts from Proper Autocare:

and a set of wash pads from Griotts Garage:

Both work well but I prefer the form factor of the pad myself.

Microfiber here. I also hand-wash them in Woolite and hang them to dry - no dryer and no dryer sheets, I have no swirl problems

I ordered Sonus lambswool... In other forums helped me much more than in this forum ... That was an easy thread for everybody to reply but unfortunatly only 4 people replied ... That is an old section that I\have posted before ... I still miss old Z4UM forum ...

Let us know how the new brand of lambswool does for you. I like the microfibre because it does last a long time and is very sturdy, and best of all no swirl marks. Give it a try if this new one doesn't pan out for you.

All I can say to your comments regarding little participation to your thread, is that not everybody is into detailing or things like which wash mitt to use and which car wash is best. Enfield takes his to the car wash! This is a relatively new forum, give it some more time. It gets better everyday, be thankful we even have this. I was sort of lost in limbo there for a while when the old Z4um dissolved, I felt like a hobo because I visited a couple other forums and was never comfortable at any of them. I hope you stick around while it grows :)

I have a meguiars gold class wash mitt... its far too big for my hand but works ok.
