Recommend me an alloy wheel refurbisher in the North West

I'm looking for a full front and back refurb of my MV2 alloys, can anyone recommend someone?

[EDIT] what I mean by front and back, is the whole alloy, not just the surface. I'm thinking a mobile service cannot do this?

I used the Wheel specialist in Manchester to refurb/recolour my wheels last year. Very good service

I used the Wheel Specialist in East Kilbride, Glasgow they let me drive out knowing they had damaged a tyre which went flat the following day, then a month later a front went flat due to damage caused when they were removing the tyres for refurb, they did reimburse for the tyres but I thought their atitude sucked, never recieved an apology for the fact they let me drive out on a tyre they knew was damaged and I was made to feel like I was the aggressor in trying to claim the damages back.
The finish on close examination left a lot to be desired and is brittle and poorly adhered to the wheel, the laquer they used is flaking around the rims, the result of which the wheels are going in to refurbed again but going nowhere near the Wheel Specialist or Powder coating.

Just as an example of what everyone says about these francises some good, some not so good.

It's now getting to the point it would be almost have been as cheap to buy new wheels.
