Direct BMW customer service email

As the title says really, I have been trying to get in touch with bmw direct but they don’t seem to like answering questions that you submit through the website.

I know some people have come across a direct email for them but I can’t seem to find it in the search. Anyone got it?

basically its because i was looking in my docs the other day and saw that the bodwork warranty is 6 years, im 3 months out of that and have a problem where small movement in the antenna has caused the lacquer on the wing to flake slightly.
i was hoping that bmw would be so kind as to help me out seeing as the wing has been like it since i bought the car

I assume you mean his signature one?


1: Take a picutre and edit it with your favourite photo editing suite.
2: Create an account on http://www.photobucket.com
3: Upload your picture to photobucket and make a note of the "public url" it gives you for the picture
4: login to z4-forum.com
5: click on "User CP" under the DirectLine advert.
6: click the "Profile" tab
7: click the "Edit Signature" link
8: enter: [ img]<your pictures public url goes here>[ /img] (eg: [ img]http://i275.photobucket.com/albums/jj309/easty027/z4signature280709825.jpg[ /img]
9: Click save
