So, after third attempt, using some rtv sealant as well, still leaking oil, circled red.
Enough to produce one drip on floor per day.
i cleaned again today, ran engine, sure enough oil started creeping around the cyl. head seal.
First was after market, then tried genuine, then gen. with sealant.
Only other thing can think of is face is distorted.
Could try surface polish on sheet of glass and some grinding paste.
Weak point could be the the recess left of red circle.
Think it's just air release gap on clamping.

Well that is next.
Something, watching a YT video is how the seal burns into the engine block side.
Engine side might not be flat especially where seal touches, but thought seal might cure that.
Might be sealant no good.

Also on fitting the seal might turn. Look at picture where circled, new seal wanting to twist. Might be seal there slightly too short.
I'll see when removed.

I always use Elring seals, have changed a few now and not had any issues, if you have the urge to use any gasket sealant and you shouldn't need it on these gaskets use Blue Hylomar, I use that on Cam cover gaskets where they change direction around the half moon shapes on them as per BMW TIS instructions.
The bottom seal in your picture looks like its twisting and the red circled picture shows that gasket is not a good fit in its channel its just not sitting right, Elring ones are a better fit than that.
