Yes, if you buy anywhere else it is unlikely to be weighted which is really the whole point of the ZHP.

Is the dealer still the best place to buy the ZHP gear stick?

I think so - that's where I got my from (via ebay I think). And it's just the gear knob, not the stick. Lots of videos on YouTube on how to do it so you don't punch yourself in the face...

Found an m sport wheel and weighted gear knob, got the wheel retrimmed in alacantara (sp?) Life pre kids
