Are you looking for a M40i in the UK?

I sold my Z4 M40i using Motorway and it’s for sale with NMJ Motorhouse near Milton Keynes. It’s a 2020 in Misano Blue with Ivory leather, has Technology, Comfort, Driving Assistance and Lighting packs. Basically all except the extended shadow line gloss black externals. I got it delivered with c455 miles on it. It had been a staffer’s car at BMW UK but relinquished due to furlough. Now has covered approx 10700 miles. Full BMW service history, serviced on 13/07/26, comes with professionally fitted front end/lower panels clear PPF by Reep (Southern) Ltd. If you Google Southern, it usually shows a photo of the car.

BMW approved tracker fitted, clear glass and mesh wind deflectors. Never been launched or tracked. In really good condition. It should come with a private plate - FAZ440. If anyone on here ends up buying it, please tell NMJ you saw it highlighted on here. Thank you.

Hi. Sorry, no I don’t get commission and I don’t need it anyway as I got a really good price through the Motorway auction. IMHO a good amount more than the BMW dealership offered who have serviced it. There’s wasn’t a low ball offer either. I have no link with MNJ Motorhouse other than they bought my car. I live about 65 miles away from them.

Basically, if I have a good experience with something, I like to try and pay it forward. If it’s a bad experience, I’ll give one star reviews on Google and Trust Pilot. Audi Milton Keynes (Motor Ombudsman agreed) and Marshalls BMW at Hook have felt had bad reviews from me.

MNJ were very pleased with the car and exactly as described by me. There was no quibble with anything on the day of collection. The sale process couldn’t have been smoother.

I had the car for five years but in the last year did less than 1000 miles. I kept it on the drive but under a cover, with soft old school winceette sheets and soft blankets on the paintwork to stop issues with rubbing.

I kept the cover on because the roof above kept depositing crud like moss etc dislodged by birds. If you don’t deal with grunge when it gets into the roof drainage channel (like many roadsters) they can block easily and you end up with, at best, wet carpet. My due diligence with the cover and keeping the channels clear helped me avoid leaks- Hurrah!

I intend to get a cabriolet because my OH barely got a ride in the Z4 as it was my ‘toy’. I really enjoy soft top motoring. Like Petrol Ped (see his old TTRS Roadster review on YT) I don’t get people who drive a soft top when the weather is good and keep the roof up.

If you are interested in the car, I’m happy to try and answer any questions.
Cheers

Sorry but I am a bit confused here.....
So you sold your car via Motorway to MNJ Motorhouse?
Now you are, basically, writing sale ads for them on a car you don't own anymore and receive no financial gain for doing so?

Presumably you do realise you are spending your time trying to make the people you sold your car to (at trade price) money? Why on earth would you do that?

I have sold several cars via Motorway to dealers with no problems but never thought it necessary to advertise the cars for them afterwards.
