My left doorwindow makes a squeaking sound going up and down, but only when it's hot weather, when it's something below like 24degrees you don't hear nothing.
Yes mine also did this - as said clean and apply silicon spray or Gumi pledge - whilst at it spray all your rubbers doors, boot, roof - anything rubber/contact points.
