@TriggerFish have you mounted these yet? in this thread @r3vmatch mentions that you need to make a notch in the plates to clear the roof support bracket. Based on the pics and some AI help I made a rough template to make the notch in advance. Haven’t tried it yet myself, use at your own risk!- rear reinforcement plates (needed? Not sure, but only £13)

Where did you manage to find this stuff, only online? I've only just been alerted to the possibility that I might snap the bolts and would very much like to avoid any more drilling on my zedIf you can get hold of it, Seafoam Deep Creep. Spray the bolts twice a day for a couple of days prior to starting.
This stuff enabled me to get out both rear arm bolts intact on my Mondeo. And they're notorious for snapping.
