Having been in country on 3 separate road trips this is the best of the best..imho

Portsmouth to Santander through the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean then back across the Pyrenees to then head to the Northern Western most part of Galicia then meander back through the mountains and coasts of northern Spain to Santander

14 nights in country.

What could possibly go wrong …

Not yet…you can use Google to suggest various routes between the hotels…my plan was to have for each leg a quick route that could use motorways inc tolls and a route avoiding motorways…


Plus on some days where the distances are shorter a real time discussion about more scenic options?

I doubt it..we are briefly entering Froggy Airspace fo one night in the Pyrenees 5th-6th June ..but mostly in Spanish Airspace..here is the location..

Good point..never normally look down there..thought I had my Saltaire still..must get them changed !..good spot..I’ll take it off..

Genuinely didn’t know if it was acceptable or not. Perhaps take them in case you get in trouble with Spanish plod?
