I need new transmission mounts, but I've got a question

So I clearly need new transmission mounts, and after checking the part on RealOEM, I see there's two part numbers for them; 22316799331 and 22316799845. The question is, what's the difference, if any? Using the first number, I also found Bilstein mounts (part code #06624). Would those do as decent replacements? Replacing them seems easy; the Pelican replacement guide says to remove the exhaust, but I think it should be doable without doing so?
Alternatively, any other suggestions or tips & tricks? Thanks!

I used the Lemförder 1305001 on my coupe without any issues, they just slide in.
No need to remove the exhaust, plenty of space to replace them with the exhaust in place.

Having a quick look at RealOEM for my 2.5Si, it mistakenly lists both but then goes on to clarify 331 is for the automatic.

Just noticed that! I never even noticed or nor looked at the part number for automatic gearbox mounts.
