Z4 e85 2005 rear fog lamp

Hello. At a loss. Some odd electrical issues that may be connected or not.
Radio will not turn off and buttons dont function other than volume.
Rear foglamp inoperative but bulb is good.
Light control module works for front fogs but not back. Lmc stays illuminated permanently - so battery drain
No errors with inpa or scanner 1.4 ? Is there a relay for rear fogs or is it controlled via lcm?
Main concern is battery drain through live lcm
Any ideas

My immediate guess is something on the kbus being screwy...

I'd try unplugging the and LCM in turn and seeing if the operation of the other is fixed.

The lights probably have a relay, but that relay would be solely triggered by the LCM

When you say 'lcm stays illuminated permanently' - which parts are staying lit?
 
Problem sorted and here's some feedback for those with similar problems...
After a week of fiddling (I'm retired) I replaced the lcm with a 20 quid ebay facelift module. Couldn't get the same part code item for e85.
Worked without coding ! Battery drain and rear fogs working as are all other lights.
So onto coding to get rid of the inevitable tamper dot. Oh- and airbag light came on and wouldn't clear. Separate issue- unplugged and cleaned- some moisture on connector- now cleared and fine.
I used scanner 1.4. Needed a few attempts probably because it's a facelift lcm replacement. Initially software said I needed to reset lcm to 'factory defaults'. Still wouldn't let me change vin. Mileage no problem.
What i did was to set the vehicle original factory order parameters to my car eg m54 engine not n52 as it was showing.
Re did Vin and all accepted. No tamper dot.
Hooray. You may read that scanner 1.4 may not do everything you need. It does.
