Bluetooth help!

Hello

I have the bluemusic cable as shown in the picture, it looks like I can't unplug the wires into the cd changer and plug them into the Bluetooth because I have an early version. Some have have mentioned needing dsp adapter.

Can someone please show me which one I need as I don't really know much about cars.

My car is a 2003

Do you have dsp set up speakers with amp in your car?

What is a DSP set up? I have an amp next to the battery though

Dsp is the premium sound set up and requires an additional/ different plug adapter for bluetooth

Have a google and search on here for details
