WANTED Windscreen cowl-scuttle cover for an E85

Hi.
I am looking for a windscreen cowl/scuttle cover for an E85. Part number 5071 7043619
Ideally one with a good rubber strip, mine is slowly rotting away! Am not too sure if the rubber
can be bought separately. thanks in advance.

No it can’t. Get the best one you can find. Make sure all the clips underneath are intact (or as many as possible), as those aren’t replaceable either. Gen’s parts are good in my experience.

I’m looking for this exact part for my Z4 E85. Some of the clips broke off while I was removing it to clean beneath it. Proving impossible to find in Sydney Australia (not new).

If you clean up the clips where they were originally plastic welded in place then you can refit them with a strong glue. Something like JB Weld

If the clips are broken its very easy to fix them. like @enuff_zed mentioned plastic weld and and strong glue will do the job.

I have few more here but posting to Australia would be expensive.
