So how do I find previous sold information online? Really curious.
I looked at a vehicle check site for my car and it had 2 sales and prices mentioned in the last 5 years or so.
I’d love to locate these ads if that is possible?
Also I noticed on the nice coupe for sale thread currently advertise here that @StubbyAerial you found sold information online.
I didn’t want to take that thread further off track, and I can’t pm you as you’re new I guess. Where do you get this data.
Thanks 👍🏻

Ebay is a good indication of what sold prices are currently like and easily available.

You have to read the listing's to find out why they went higher or lower than the price you expected.

That does mean you end up looking at weird Z4's like these:

I like the full leather dash someone put in the car but I wouldn't have chosen red 🤣

Thanks @Usel i saw that one. Looks like there’s been a murder inside.😆 Definitely non standard.
I do sometimes tracker these on eBay. But what about finding other sold prices online.

I’ve just looked and it’s total car check that seems to know of sales history on cars. But where from? Hmm

They can only pull information that's there. If you sold through eBay on a classified status, no-one would know except you and the buyer. I have sold loads of cars and bikes through eBay and Autotrader. No-one but me and the buyers know what they paid.

Good point @Pondy
I’d be interested how these websites have the old adverts though. Even it it just includes asking prices and photos.
I read once somewhere that any website historic posts can be viewed but I don’t recap how.
