I’m interested in a slightly leggy slightly ‘project’ ///M in a bid to get back into the BMW way of life…potentially one to lightly track while still being commutable on very lovely days…hoping with prices seemingly softening a little it’ll be do-able!!

Slightly leggy, with ageing socks.
The more the better!!
Hahahah how old memories still haunt this entire forum hahahahahaha

You don’t do yourself any favours by popping up on the telly regularly. It helps keep the sock dream alive. :D

There are a few Mroadies around the £10k mark , miles up 100k - 130k , pay another £1k for 90k ?
Not hard to assume the next 3-6 months will be carnage on values of leggy ZMs ( along with many other cars )
Suppose its all about how patient you are & how low you want to go .

I’m hoping to jump back in to either a Z4M or E46 M3 near Xmas / January - there little doubt prices have some way to come down.
Used to own an SLK55 - at the time there was 5 for sale on eBay (r171) - now there are loads!

trying to sell mine privately has been an absolute mare. whole market is full of dreamers, test pilots or people who can't make their fcuking mind up if they want a z4m or an m5 or a 911. Jesus man they are totally different cars. stop wasting my fckuing time or man up and say you can't afford it or have another car to sell.

I had forgotten what a total disaster selling a car privately is and people just don't read detailed ads!! :headbang:

Gents/ladies has anyone come across this car?

Looks okay to me albeit I’m not sure on the headlamps as one looks fresh and the other doesn’t (might be a trick of the lighting)

Cheers

I've seen that one on there but don't know anything about it.

When I'd had my previous Z4 a year or so I noticed my passenger side headlight was much clearer and when I was selling it people noticed some micro-blistering on the passenger side front wing so I suspect it had some accident history - just a thought!

Shame you missed NLW73s one - it was a bit more money but had just had the bearing shells and engine mounts replaced!

Hmm, not sure if this is M400 ADG that sold on collecting Cars in March 2021 for £14,860 and again in August this year for £12,500. Looking at the photos it definitely has one headlamp clearer than the other and the mileage correlates.

Well if it helps it has just got a bit cheaper!

At this time of year a cheeky offer may work - it did for me.

13k would buy that. it will need the shells and engine mounts done so factor that in (£1500??)

it seems very low at the front. aftermarket springs or shocks or both?

they do look great in silver and its on the OEM wheels so will ride better than 19s/CSLs

I went to see the car yesterday as I was dropping off some wheels to a forum member nearby. Seller was pretty abrupt when I started looking at niggles close up and the exhaust was practically on the floor. Appreciate its cheap but I've learnt my lesson buying a 'fixer upper' especially with the scarcity of z4m specific parts be it new or second hand.

If anyone has M specific spares it ought to be you :)

Market softening or is that underpriced?
Nice either way if it has good history.
