Who did you address it to?

I addressed the letter to Klaus Kibsgaard, it was a cc letter which I send to dealership(general manager) and also a cc to the sales guy who sold me the car. Make sure you send it recorded delivery. They have acknowledge your letter and also send a letter as to future plan of action.
