OEM BMW Z4M Strut Brace

Again, ahead of selling the Z4MC, selling my OEM BMW Z4M strut brace. This has been on the car for less than 3 months and the car has pretty much not been driven. It's like new other than the small marks from where the nuts were tightened. These are like rocking horse s**t these days and I think NLA from BMW. Looking to recoup most of what I paid for it, as it is like new.

£365 delivered (UK). PM me if interested.

Blimey, these Z4 parts are starting to be like gold dust!
Aero skirts, roof covers and now strut braces. Wish I had them all on my car, it would double the value :D

Go on Jem....

A new DVLA plate, impending MPS4S’ for the attached, today’s new front & rear discs n pads for the XC60 & a holiday means I have to draw the line somewhere.... & offering a lowball number would be an insult, so prefer to bow out.

Good luck with the sale Phil

That's about as a fair a list of reasons as I could expect, Jem  Cheers, I know these bars are very rare now.

Road Warrior and R60 BBA, couldn't comment for sure on the compatibility, would need one of the experts on here to verify for sure!

If you could measure the brace bar from end to end I can check the brace on my CSL for R60BBA to see if it’ll fit his M3

Does this fit E46 M3?
Not sure why you'd buy this when an m3 version can be had for £150 or less. Can't comment on whether it fits but for sure they are different. The m3 version just about works on a z4 that I can say, but I did and wouldn't again put an m3 one on my car and I expect the same in reverse.

im assuming it would fit a humble 3.0 se ?
For sure, this was offered as an option on the standard z4s not on the M. There is no doubt it fits on both as the body shell is the same between both.

Well considering my M3 one fits the zed, this should fit and M3

Fill also fit all other zeds, but will cover the oil filler on N52 engined cars.

Cheers for the insight. Wasn’t aware on pricing tbh. Only decided I wanted one last night to tighten up the front end, but am also thinking it might be a case of swapping out the knackered lollipop bushes instead.

It makes naff all difference tbh, if you are having issues with the front end I'd be looking elsewhere.

I was incorrect about it not being an option on the M, it seems they were.

Surely your M3 has one already? They came as standard, or do you have a very early one? I think they arrived from 2002 onwards?

Guys, I've had a note from a user on another forum telling me that they think I am asking too little for this item given its rarity. Now, as I do on any selling thread, I'm keen on the (honest) input of the users on the forum. Do you guys think this is fairly priced?

Strangely £150 was the price point my wallet could be pursuaded to open :poke:

Don’t know the current market value but I paid £120 delivered 3 years ago but I believe at that point you could get them from BMW (not that I did) 50EBE1D0-FEDD-4245-8534-8C9526C5AD40.jpeg

Though it’s worth what someone’s willing to pay. If you think you have set it cheap charge more and if it doesn’t sell you’ll know. If it doesn’t sell now straight away you know it’s too much already or someone would have snatched it up.
How much does it owe you?

Also I got mine with the ///m strut top covers

Ours is M3 though so different pricing.

In saying that somebody is asking £470 for ours though

OP, I'd think £350 is about tops. the fact nobody has snapped your arm off probably says a lot.
