Car Smellies - Info Required.

Hi All,

Doing some Market Research for the wifey and her new start up http://www.venetianmasterperfumer.com.

This might sound a little daft however I was wondering if any of you use air fresheners in your cars?

Do you Fragrance your Cars?

Anyone also Fragrance your homes / Offices etc?

What Brand do you use?

Do you Spray or have a defusing device?

What kind of Smells do you like?

Any info or opinions welcomed.

In the Zed, no. (I have vowed not to do any mods to the Zed!)

In the Land Rover Discovery,which is frequented by large, frequently wet and muddy, hound, yes. Usually go for the tree shaped ones. I like the. "new car" smell.

Don't think we use anything in the house, but that's not my department!

What Brand do you use? Not sure. Head office buys them

Do you Spray or have a defusing device? N/A

What kind of Smells do you like? Neutralish types, not perfume types

I like woody leathery notes and also unsmoked tobacco. I'm not a smoker but I could sniff raw tobacco all day!

Do BMW make a fragrance for ///M? Lots of car manufactures are getting into this kind of stuff. Ducati have one and so do Ferrari. The ferrari one isn't bad actually!

I might put in a request to make my own car smelly.

I often have light vanilla air freshers, pretty neutral!

Air freshener is a mod? Looking at it that way, getting in the car would mod it so you'd best leave it sat on the drive

Currently our house smells like a tarts handbag as we have around 300 different perfumes and room fragrances.

I have found some fragrances I would put in the Z though. Couple of squirts and it's good for a while. I guess this time of year people with wet damp dogs must be suffering!

Car companies must spray cars with the new car smell. Will explore some leather cleaners / protectors.

I really like the smell of poor boys car wax.

If you could try and capture the smell of the aftershaves - Creed Silver Mountain Water and Creed Virgin Island Water - I would deffo be In for a purchase 8)

If I wear my smelly trainers I soon know about it in the Z. Such a small cabin. Window down to fart too!

I've been using "Stripper Scent" for about 6-7 months and have not noticed any damage - If anything the carpet get stupidly slippery once you have wet feet but that is all.
Mind you, I don't spray on trim or leather.

I stopped noticing the smelly thing I tried using in the zed once, I thought it may be because of the softop and not being air tight so the smell escaped

I either am stupid or buy bad things, then again the JellyBellys have never let me down prior to this!
