Kent/Sussex Meet End July 27th

Anyone else finding that the weather forcasts for Sunday change every few hours - I've been keeping an eye on Wateringbury, Rye, Forest Row and Worthing and it seems like no-one has a clue what the weather is going to be doing

Yes, I noticed that.

However, my roof can be closed up to 179 mph I think as per the manual, so should be good if there is an unexpected rain storm :D

Have you recovered from your mosquito-induced elephantiasis then?

No, unfortunately not. Will put the car in Sport Plus mode so it automatically rev matches at each gear change so I don't have to make an effort.

Pre-bite and Post-bite statements :D

It feels like it is broken though when I walk, so might need a wheelchair as well 8)

Just filled up... guess another top-up in the morning won't hurt though - especially if we manage to get some single-figure mpg roads...

I will have done 70 odd miles on my tank by the time I get to the start. That should be enough
Which way are you heading up Steve?

I was thinking about going cross-country, rather than the motorways as it'll be nice and quiet at that time of day - so belt across the A27 to Lewes then either the A22 (Uckfield, Crowborough, T Wells, Pembury) or the B2192 (Ringmer, Blackboys, Maybury and round T Wells to Pembury)

I've just filled mine - might need to top it of with a couple of quid before meeting after the drive to the start

There's some very fast roads early on in the route that should be pretty much empty first thing...

Washing scheduled for this evening, weather tomorrow is looking lovely now. Can't wait :trampoline:

If you wanted to meet up best place would be cross in hand for me but that might me too far out of your way.
