Every morning when i turn on my car after being in the garage the whole night, the battery fluid light comes on for about a minute and then disapears for the rest of the day. I took it to the shop and they replaced the battery for a new one. the problem persists. any ideas?

just picked up my first bmw a few weeks ago (2003 30K) i've been driving the crap out of it. love it love it love it. in fact i want to go drive it right now =P few questions though: a few days ago the battery fluid light came on in the morning when i first turn on the car for about one minute...
