Morning all! Following my wrangles with Sytner's last week, which were resolved very satisfactorily, my new Z4 has arrived and is bloomin' fantastic! Early days but it's really impressive considering it's the 18i. Anyways, here's a few pictures.... Cheers!

Well, I'm pleased to report a solution to this saga! I went to Sytner BMW this morning who have informed me that they are sending a truck to fetch the car on Monday and it will be available for collection on Wednesday afternoon absolute latest. In the meantime, they are lending me a 2 series...

lol.....money dear chap! Also, had the demo for 3 hours and compared to what we have now, it was plenty gutsy enough!

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate your replies! Whilst I am disappointed about the delay, it is the misinformation that bothers me! Reckon I'll do a bit more investigation and then see what Sytner says. If not satisfied, will escalate up to BMW GB. To me, something isn't quite right here!

Thanks for the replies! My main gripe is that a delivery date and time was agreed and they registered the car last Friday. I cannot see that they weren't aware the car was in Inverness at that point and had they told me on that day, I could have worked round it. They have accepted threy have...

Errr...they registered the car to me last Friday 31.7.15 and tell me today that it is in fact not in Rotherham, but in Inverness. Therefore it does seem to me that they had prior knowledge of its whereabouts several days before today and chose not to inform me until after I have sorted...

Hi all Last week I joined the forum joyous in the knowledge that tomorrow (7.8.15) I would be taking delivery of a new sDrive 18i. The dealer has just called me to tell me that the car I was promised (and is now registered to me) is not in fact in Rotherham as I was told, but is in Inverness...
