To be more precise: A worn timing chain is characterized by a rattling noise that can be heard. The noise will be heard when starting the engine and idling. I thought to hear this in your video?

The irregular slamming sound in your video, which I did not recognize as misfire. But if you have solved it already, let us know.

My suggestion: Take a look on the condition of your timing chain, spanner included.

A wobble in the steering wheel mostly means: an issue to look at the front of the Z4. In my case, a 2006 E85 it was a combination of: balancing wheels (not static but with power roll), replacing shocks and replacing both silence blocks. My suggestion is: check the latter.
