My passenger cup holder is broken. As you say, it's held in by 2 Philips head screws, whole assembly slides out, slide new one in, replace screws. The dealer quoted me $982 to replace it.

Not today but Wednesday, I think, I replaced the chrome grills on my Sterling Grey Z4 with black ones. My first mod. :)
