These are way lighter than any standard E85 18” wheel…. Fairly sure i did a weight comparison when i put them on the black car in the photo above ☝️ It’ll be in the forum somewhere.

E85 /E86 /E89 - 3.0 N52 is the sweet spot in the range for performance, reliability and cost across all of those. I love my Alpina, but they’re rare and, so, expensive compared to E85 3.0Si

Just an observation, as I don’t own a vehicle with an M54 in it, but I’m not sure the summary of the M54 is fair bearing in mind we’re talking about a 20 year old engine that’s generally considered relatively bullet proof. If I knew nothing about these engines the summary might put me off...

Welcome. Keep an eye on the ‘meets’ section in the forum. Regular meet ups happening, fairly regularly, at AV8 for example. There’s also the Queens Square breakfast meets, which are now held out at Eastwood Park on the A38 - this meet is all sorts, not Z4 specifically.
