Replacing the third brake light for a coupe

That's a shame, but useful feedback - thank you for sharing

FOR SALE 2021 white BMW Z4 s drive 2.0i very low mileage of 11000 £26500 (immaculate condition)

Interesting point! Posting about/fixing one issue and then disappearing and selling a car are both self-serving one-time interactions with the forum. People don't (usually*) get annoyed with the former. If anything, the person selling the car is potentially going to contribute more (compared...

NO LONGER NEEDED E85 3.0i/si Manual Convertible

This might not be true for the pre-facelifts, but the other not-xenon giveaway is that the inner light isn't a projector (which it is on the xenons). Halogen Xenon

NO LONGER NEEDED 2.5L or 3.0L roadster or coupe auto

I haven't used them, but my sister in law (based in Burnham), took her M4 to RMB, too. She'd have checked out other options nearby, so I guess RMB are still a decent go-too for this part of the world. There's also Birds in Iver, who aren't far from you either. Good luck with the search!

Left side thorax airbag fix recommendation

I would probably start by replacing the whole door loom. It shouldn't be too hard, and will remove any wiring concerns, and give you a good solid base to start from. If the wiring was brittle where you touched it, it is probably brittle/damaged elsewhere within the door. I suspect the breakers...

    E89 SD35IS Alarm Issues

Is it something simple like it's sitting in the sun/heat while at work, but in the shade/cool at home? Could that be the work/home difference?

    OEM dual USB-C port retrofit

I powered it using piggy back fuses from the main glovebox fuse board, yes. I don't remember which fuse I used, but it would be an ignition switched one so it didn't drain the battery. (I suspect, but haven't tested, that it'll draw slight power even when idle if it's stepping voltage down.) I...

    Ashtray E85/E86 3d Scan

This could also be an option, rather than using the flush mount usb charger in the 12v port, as it'll move the wiring out of the location where the holder will want to be sitting (if that makes sense?). It'll stop 2 things (mount and charger/wiring) fighting for the same space...

What have you done to your car today?

Applying some UV headlight sealer will help keep them fresh. Or some UV proof PPF/headlight film.

It'll come with the cable. If not, loads of links online. Search for 'Mikes BMW tools' and you'll find it there

If you have a laptop, nothing will beat INPA (or ISTA) - BMW official software. Cable is £20 on eBay.
