Traction control definitely kicks in, it's as if one of the rear tyres is loosing grip which is probably what's happening.

Tyres only fitted a few weeks ago on the basis they are A rated fior grip. On paper they preform better than Bridgestone. Booked in again Friday morning. Although it still maybe the tyres, Andyf has a very good point. Thanks guys, much appreciated

Tryes are new and pressure correct. There is however a ? regarding type. Although correct size, im questioning my decision not to go for Bridgestone. More phone calls tomorrow!

Quick update. Geometry all to cock so that's now sorted. Car still doesn't handle as it should, traction control kicks in around sweeping corners. My family estate handles better, absolutely gutted. Looking back at previous pictures, the gap between top of tyre and wheel arch appears larger...
