I'm really tempted with this as a modern version of my Xl but probably won't happen for a little while, even the wife thinks it's epic and doesn't seem upset with the idea of one appearing at some point, it's just finding space as the Exige is a keeper and not going anywhere......the 2 ELEVEN...

Mine was built on a tubular chassis and had full lotus running gear, l think it may have had a couple of bits from a Midget but although it was a Westfield it really didn't have much from the original kit. It's funny as l bought it for about 12k in around 1992 ish and yet today you could...

Yes , the l looked as well, l think it would definitely look more legit with a age related plate, something l never go around to doing, l sold it over 25 years ago so who knows what became of it.

The photos show the before and after my conversion to single seater le mans specification, but this car rates as my most unpractical vehicle. I quite fancy a Lotus 2 Eleven as this would be a similar concept but that's a story for the future hopefully ; )

The only kit car I've owned was a Westfield X1 LE MANS, I absolutely loved it, it was build as a track car but road legal had hand-built alloy body and a rose jointed suspension set up, dry sumped lotus twin cam big valve engine with twin webber, quaif racing box , it was an absolute blast...

    Fuel Additive recommendations please

Wow, thanks everyone for taking the time and effort to post the above information, much appreciated. Looks like the wife can stick to E10 with the occasional E5 treat for the e89. This information has saved me many £££'s......... : ) So many helpful legends on this forum x

    Fuel Additive recommendations please

Hi folks Here in Wales the E5 prices and availability are making me think about using a good quality fuel additive to maintain the fuel ,ines , injectors etc. I was curious to hear from anyone who uses an additive and which might be best for the 20i ENGINE. Thank you in advance.

    Newish addition to the fleet

Thank you for the love guys, much appreciated for sure. Yes, the Wooper blue is definitely a keeper and definitely meant to be as so many things aligned,. I never used to understand how anyone could find circumstances so bad that they could end there life, but now l understand, it's a very...

Trouble pairing iphone 16 to 2016 model year Z4 .....,help

Still no joy, my code reader showed up a communication fault, l cleared it but still couldn't pair the new phone, maybe a software update is needed but we will see what BMW say as we need to call in with the car to get another key coded to the car anyway.

20i ENGINE REVS HUNTING ON START UP
