Bilstein B12 will be similar price for all 4 if you can find a good deal on ebay, autodoc etc. Should be better too.

Asdatyres and blackcircles are similar prices. I usually look at all 3 as sometimes the tyre you want is cheaper on one site, sometimes another.

I'd consider going to Continental Sport Contact 7s which seem readily available in that size and are brilliant tyres. Also the new Bridgestone Potenza Sport Evos are available and are supposed to be excellent.

£10k would still be cheapest non-cat 35i on Autotrader though. I'd probably be asking £9,999 and be open to negotiation.
