For sale are a pair of Anschler rear springs (form Euro Car Parts, I believe), removed from my 3.0 E85 in order to fit BC springs and dampers. Pretty good condition, no sign of mechanical fatigue/stress; some surface rust and paint peeling. £30 posted (for the pair) to UK mainland.

Thicker ARBs often improve the 'feel', but make your suspension less independent - not good from a performance perspective, although I do see the appeal. If you have adjustable dampers, a thicker ARB will allow you to soften up the shocks a touch too.

Check your RTABs - I'm almost certain they were causing the majority of my front end instability. It's worth noting that the Z4 steers from the rear too, so there's some logic to this potential prognosis.

Evening folks. My MOT is due soon, and I had realised that I hadn't seen my headlight washers operating, or even rising from inside the bumper, so I set about investigating why last week. I know they are required to be functional for the MOT, where fitted, before anyone says they aren't needed...

I found the rears are an absolute tw@t to fit - even with fairy, they wouldn't slide onto the ARB. I had to remove the ARB and compress them on in a vice.
