Yes mine only does it when the car is warmed up and its always worse once i have selected reverse, it too is audible from outside the car.Goes away once the clutch is pressed

mines a 08 3.0 si with just 5000 on the clock and mine makes a noise out of gear with the clutch up too!! we need to stick together on this one and keep everyone informed.
