Thanks Zed Five and Starscream!! Your comment reminded me that while I was waiting for the repair shop to open, I played with the OBC features and did set my speed limit to 4 mph!! Embarrassed but relieved!, thanks everyone for your ideas and comments.

I installed a set of 4.10 differential gears in my 06 Z4 M (E86) and love the performance. However, now, I hear this "Beep" when starting off in 1st or Reverse gear and a message flashes on my dash displaying: "4 mph". Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas what may be happening?
