I had a my mechanic come out and have a look at it, when i was trying to fix it the water wasn't circulating from the expansion bottle. i let the car cool down and the air lock must have moved, i had to put 3lt of anti freeze in because i had diluted it to nothing, and topped up the water now it...

the water gets hot and i get pressure, the fan comes on and off like normal, i have checked to see if the floors are wet just in case it was the heater matrix its all fine, the only thing i am worried about is, the car stood outside while we had all the ice & snow, and i just hope the water pump...

My 3.0 makes quite a high pitched beeping, the siren module is behind the rear bumper, do you know if it has a battery back up? it may be failing and causing a voltage drop, and it is triggering the alarm?
