I can't remember if the spline is keyed or if you could adjust the position. I would be tempted to get a wiper puller if you don't have one and take it off and adjust. Check TIS obviously to see if there are any gotchas.
This will start to get quite expensive, paying for other (professional?!) guesswork.
As was said at the beginning, get yourself a code reader. Then you can see which are stored first, then clear, then see what comes back. And you have arguable the best forum to get advice.

317 should fit (I think mine was).
315 mm is the biggest i.e. the size that doesn't use an adapter plate. You simply unclip the one that is in there if what you have is smaller. Have a look in your boot and it should all become clear.
The F10 nav screens had/have an anti-reflective coating that can end up looking scratched.
With some mild plastic polish it's possible to strip it all off and have a pristine screen again. You can then add a screen protector if wanted.

You're going to get a lot of guesswork online, and probably even in person.
When I had a rear knock I couldn't find it so left it until MOT (annual roadworthiness check) and they identified it assumingly with a pry bar. Rear lower bushing, part 3 which I upgraded to the ball joint type (part 2)...
Ideally looking for a set of 17" or 18" wheels for my F10.
Currently it has a set of 19" 351 M wheels which really need a refurb, so looking for a winter set to swap then get them done.
Lots on eBay but they all seem to need a refurb so are expensive for what they are. Owners forum landscape...

Just had a look at the wiring diagrams. The jump terminal is direct to battery and unfused.
Battery B+ goes direct to F102 40 A and F100 250 A fuses. They are in A400 and are worth checking, I think you've blown the 250 A fuse. Hopefully that hasn't...
