Ocrx8 it appears you have a point as mine has the carbon fibre style leather there, not sure why this was mentioned on the ad when I bought the car from BMW, but nevertheless have removed that part from the above, apologies for any confusion

Point taken, I don't know how I didn't spot that yesterday as I spent 2 hours cleaning it :o

ga41 has it spot on, it entirely depends on you as a driver as to whether the sound will become too much to live with as an everyday car, for me personally I actually look forward to getting into my car and going for a drive, the sound is very addictive, especially at high RPM :-)
