Bacon & egg muffins (the proper oven bottom ones - would be even better made with French flour although not found one yet), fish n chips fried in dripping, hand formed burgers with bacon, gherkins and all the usual carry on, the odd curry preferably hot and gotta have onions (for some reason)... all the good stuff in life that is bad. Better calm down.
