    I used the wrong rear springs simply because that's all that was available quickly used when i needed them for its MOT. I have no plans to change them.

    Yours seems lower on the front? I can get two fingers in the front gap and three in the rear.

    I've got standard on the back and Msport on the front. Can't be bothered changing them! The correct rear Msport ones should be 229mm long and the fronts should be 270mm

    Your car should have Msport suspension fitted as standard so make sure you get the right springs.

    Certainly fuel pump then I'm afraid. You shouldn't be able to hear it at all. Mine gets noisy sometimes but i put some Redex in the tank and that quietens it down for a year or so.

    The only thing it could really be is the fuel pump. Tell us exactly what happens when you insert the ignition key and turn it before you start the engine? Can you hear the pump running?

    It really isn’t. If you don’t get air in then just flushing new fluid through is all you need to do. You only need to cycle the ABS pump if you’ve got air in there.
