Finally Managed to get this done today pretty cheaply with black chrome tips. Just modified the tips with no other changes to the back box or valves necessary . Much better than looking into the open dirty, rusty OEM boxes. Done by Infinity Exhausts near M4, J18 Bath .

Speak to Merv at Autoelectron in Harrogate. He’s the GM5 guru and can reprogram these issues

I assume you don’t have a Dash cam that recorded the event, as surely that would help massively ?

If you remove the sun visors, then the trim behind, you can unbolt the claw receivers and free the roof from the windscreen

A great turn out today with nearly 25 Zeds. A shame that Fred and Diane couldnt make it to see the results of their efforts, but no doubt you’ll be feeling yourself again soon Fred. (Dont go there….!)
