Just use Carplay and run the Waze App. Its much better giving live traffic updates including both fixed and mobile speed cameras

No, but I would be wary of a car thats stood idle for 20 years. Apart from the mechanics, things like windows,locks, blowers, springs, roof, pop up nav, all not moving at all? I think they say” A rolling stone gathers no moss” & “ All that glitters isnt gold”
