I think it was offered in an accessories catalogue, like Aero sills. I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.

With only just over 1,200 Z4Ms coming to the UK they are always going to be rare. Your best hope for an OE one is if someone is selling their car as they often remove parts like that for a better overall return. My car has one, but it's a keeper!
