Cheers for the response. Spoke to the dealer and explained my unhappiness. They have agreed it is likely to be the battery but if it happens again they will carry out the diagnostics free of charge. The other strange thing is that apparently the warning lights did not throw up any error codes...

I wonder if I could have you thoughts on this. I have a 2008 08 BMW Z4M with 35,000 miles one the clock. I was driving the car the other day when the engine cut out at a junction. When I restarted the car the DSC Warning Light, The ABS Warning Light and the Tyre Pressure Control Warning Light...

Hark, Your too quick to jump to conclusions. I have been a long time lurker thinking of selling my car. I would rather it went to a good home. I am not forcing this on anyone and people are free to ignore if they wish.
