I look at it from the Must, Should, Could when it comes to selling.
My son inherited his Grandad's Rose pink Peugeot 208, very fortunate to be left a car but he hasn't got a licence and no intention of getting one. That was a Must sell and it went for ok money through Motorway.

I have a set, just about raise it high enough to get my head wedged under the car.
Where they do come in useful is creating some height for jacking up from the front or rear.

Interesting thread ‐ visual check of mine through the oil filler hole and it looks pristine. Even the orange plastic appears to be free of any discolouration.
Gave the chain a push/pull and no movement whatsoever.
Sadly I can't unread this thread, so it will always be a slight niggle.
Mine's an '06 3.0si daily, well a part-time daily - 11 mile commute each way, 3 days a week. Through Dorking and over Ranmore in the Surrey Hills, sets me up for the day and winds me back down again no matter the weather.
