It does it on my e85 at some pumps, others fine. Even worse a pump in Paignton didn’t stop the fuel!

I have just spent ages looking on the different places they put up recent deaths in Cornwall and there aren't any John G's registered for the last 2 months so I'm assuming he hasn't died.:thumbsup::)'tis odd though.

Seen at a local petrol station, wife took the photos, doesn’t show the huge wing sticking out the roof. Sounded great when he drove off though.

Well, today I looked through all the receipts that came with the car and found a number for the oil from the last gear box oil change, put it into google and found it discontinued. But found Liquid Moly MTF 5100 that is GL4, so I have ordered some from Amazon. Thank you Mr Tidy for help. Mike.

I saw one arriving at a car show on YouTube recently, checked the reg on here, but no. Quite disappointed, thought I’d seen Pondy’s. Looks like the same bloke driving in yours.

Thank you Mr Tidy, that comes up a lot on google but nothing about GL4, GL5. Although from what I have read it needs to be GL4 in BMWs due to the soft brass inside the gear box.

Hi, I'm sorry to revive this very old thread but trying to find out what oil is best for my 2.2i gearbox. So many different things on the internet to consider. w80 or 90, GL4 or GL5, and the make. What do members use now please. Mike :unsure:
