Sorry Rob that it’s took me a while to reply. Exhaust manifold but now you’ve mentioned it which gives better air flow, inlet…exhaust or both. Note my complete lack of knowledge. :cry: :D

Hi, anyone fitted a stage 3 manifold? Is it worth it? Is there a certain make that’s better than others or is it a complete waste of time. I know it’s not for a massive increase in hp, but I came across this mod on the net and wondered if anyone has done this.
