Unfortunately, it will be pretty much unsaleable at that mileage even with an MOT. Z4s have a lot of issues at that age and mileage in my opinion. Someone could make a few quid breaking it for spares but its a lot of work.

Copart notes say engine light on and stolen recovered. Would want a lock set to be secure!

Copart drain the fuel and sell it. There will probably be another reason for it not starting.
