I have a 2004 3.0i and have installed H&R front and rear adjustable sway bars and Koni adjustable front and rear shocks. I did this primarily for improved times in autocross events. Just wondering what settings to use. Last event I did improve with these settings: Front shocks - 1 1/4 turns...
